Level I Pilates Reformer/Tower
This class provides the basic framework for all Pilates levels to build upon. Participants learn the correct alignment and techniques to enhance their strength workout and to understand Pilates cueing. Reformer and/or Tower as well as small apparatus will be used. This class prepares participants for Level II Pilates Reformer classes.

Level II Pilates Reformer/Tower
This class increases the challenge for participants. Emphasis is placed upon proper exercise technique, body mechanics and alignment. Reformer and/or Tower as well as small apparatus will be used. This class prepares participants for Level III Pilates Reformer classes.

Level III Integral Workout
This class is designed for advanced clients. Still relying on the basic principles of Pilates, this is an intense workout on all apparatus with more integral movements and advanced coordination techniques added.
This class is most suited for the participants who have completed at least 30 Pilates sessions and would like to take their practice to the next level.

Cardio Pilates
This class is structured on cardio and strength intervals, utilizing Jump Board for the cardio component and various apparatus and accessories for strength building. The class will be staged in three to five various jumping sequences with resistance exercises in between followed by a gentle stretching.

Mat Workout
This group class provides a mat workout focused on improving flexibility and strength without building bulk muscle. Small accessories will be used.
