WELCOME TO THE BARRE CENTRE
Barre Workout is a combination of the fat burning format of interval training, the muscle shaping technique of isometrics, and the elongating principles of dance conditioning. The Barre focuses on intense core strength training and improving flexibility to create a workout that quickly and safely reshapes your entire body.
Majority of the Barre work is focused on building balance, stability and relationship with the floor as well as postural alignment and centering. This type of workout is beneficial for clients of all ages.
In the near future, our centre will be offering Barre classes specifically constructed for teenagers as well as classes for mature clients. For now, our goal is to make our Barre Classes challenging yet informative for all levels of interest and participation.
